How to make your purchase through Guanxe?
To make your shopping experience as easy as possible, we've prepared a step-by-step guide on how to use the Guanxe platform to receive your orders in the Canary Islands:
1 Browse our Shopify store: Explore our wide selection of products at orientfragance.com . Add all the items you'd like to purchase to your cart, as you normally would.
2: Copy your cart link: Once you have all the desired products in your cart, go to the cart page. In your browser's address bar, you'll find your shopping cart URL. Copy this entire URL. This link is crucial, as it will allow Guanxe to replicate your order.
3: Access the Guanxe platform: Open a new tab in your browser and visit the Guanxe website: [Link to the Guanxe Platform, if you have one, or a generic link if not]. If you don't have a Guanxe account yet, you'll need to register. It's a quick and easy process.
4: Paste your cart link into Guanxe : Within the Guanxe platform, look for the option to place a new order or import a shopping cart. There, you'll find a field where you'll paste the Shopify cart link you copied in step 2. Guanxe will use this link to process your order.
5: Confirm your order and shipping address: Guanxe will import the products from your Shopify cart. Review that all items are correct. Next, you'll need to provide or confirm your shipping address in the Canary Islands and select the shipping options offered by Guanxe .
6: Make the payment through Guanxe : Payment for your order will be made directly through the Guanxe platform. They will manage the payment for the products and associated shipping costs. Once payment is confirmed, Guanxe will handle the entire logistics process to ensure your order arrives at your home in the Canary Islands.
