Satisfaction Guarantee At Orient Fragance, we want your experience to be perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return process in compliance with European consumer regulations.

1. Return Period (Right of Withdrawal) You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods without the need for justification. This period applies to all our customers in Spain, Portugal, and the Rest of Europe.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Important: Hygiene & Safety) Due to the nature of our products (perfumery and cosmetics), and for strict health protection and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns of:

  • Unsealed Perfumes: If the protective cellophane, security seal, or box has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

  • Used Perfumes: Bottles that have been sprayed or tested (even just once).

  • Samples (decants) and Gift Cards: These products are non-returnable under any circumstances due to their nature.

If you send a product that does not meet these conditions (arrives opened or used), the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

3. Return Costs

  • A) By Withdrawal (Change of Mind): If the product is in perfect condition but you no longer want it, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. You must send the product to our warehouse managing the shipment yourself with the carrier of your choice (Correos, Seur, DHL, etc.). We strongly recommend using a service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible if the package gets lost on its way to our facilities.

  • B) Defective, Broken, or Incorrect Shipment: If you receive an item that is damaged, broken during transport, or incorrect, it is essential that you send us photographs of the product and packaging to our email before taking any action. Once verified, Orient Fragance assumes 100% of the costs. We will send you an immediate replacement or refund the full amount (including shipping costs) at no cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return To manage your return quickly and securely:

  1. Send an email to ORIENTFRAGANCE@GMAIL.COM indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If the product is damaged, attach clear photos of the defect.

  3. Our team will provide you with the exact address of our warehouse in Barcelona and shipping instructions.

  4. Pack the item in its original box and secure it well to prevent damage during transport.

5. Refunds Once the package is received and the integrity of the seal and product is verified, we will process your refund automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account or card statement.
