Returns

At Orient Fragance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

You have initiated the return within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items are in original packaging and unused.

Your item(s) fall within our returnable product categories (see "Non-Returnable Items" below for exceptions).

Start a return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Please contact our customer service team at ORIENTFRAGANCE@GMAIL.COM to notify us of your return request.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package your items securely, including the RA number, and send them to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned items and inspecting them to ensure they meet our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 2 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-returnable items

While we aim to accept returns for most products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Opened or used fragrances and perfumes.
Personal care and hygiene products.
Items marked as final sale.
Damaged or defective items

Cancellation Policy
