Processing Times At Orient Fragance, we strive to provide a fast and seamless shopping experience.

  • Preparation Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to prepare, verify, and package your items with maximum protection. (Orders placed before 1:00 PM CET are usually processed the same day).

Delivery Times & Destinations

  • 🇪🇸 Spain (Peninsula) & 🇵🇹 Portugal: Fast delivery within 24/48 business hours after shipment.

  • 🇪🇺 Rest of Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Austria, etc.): Standard international delivery takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Islands & Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary slightly (e.g., 48/72h for the Balearic Islands).

Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your exact delivery address.

  • SPAIN & PORTUGAL (Zone 1):

    • FREE Shipping: On all orders over €100.00.

    • Standard Rate: For orders under €100, the cost is €5.50 (or the current rate calculated in your cart).

  • REST OF EUROPE (Zone 2):

    • Shipping rates are strictly calculated based on the package weight and destination country.

    • You will be able to see the exact shipping cost on the checkout screen before finalizing your purchase.

    • Note: Free shipping promotions do not apply to destinations outside of Spain and Portugal.

Order Tracking For your peace of mind, we provide Tracking Information as soon as your package leaves our facilities. You will receive an automated email with a link to monitor the exact delivery date.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address (Street, Number, Floor, Postal Code, and Phone Number). We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives with visible signs of damage or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at ORIENTFRAGANCE@GMAIL.COM. We will resolve the issue with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Customs & Taxes (Non-EU)

  • Within the European Union: There are no customs duties.

  • Outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or customs handling fees required by their local regulations.
