Clarifying statement on the comparative video of original and counterfeit products

We would like to take this opportunity to publicly clarify a situation that has been circulating following a video shared on social media, which compares an original product with a supposedly counterfeit Bharara brand product.

First and foremost, we understand that the intent of this type of content is to inform. However, unfortunately, the information presented in this video is not entirely accurate. Bharara itself has published an official link to clarify this situation (the link is attached below).

It's true that there may be differences between products from different batches, but this never happens when the product comes from an official distributor , as is our case. At TimeforYouSelf, SL, we are authorized distributors and work directly with the Bharara Beauty brand, always complying with the brand's standards and European regulations.

When Bharara began distributing in Europe, regulatory requirements required some changes to the packaging, such as the addition of the "Scan" code. Before this change, the products only bore the traditional batch code, without the Scan. This does not mean that the previous products are counterfeit; they are simply older official versions of the same product.

Obviously, the brand won't be scrapping thousands of units manufactured before the new system was implemented. Therefore, during a transition period, both versions can be found on the market: with and without the Scan code. Very soon, all products will incorporate the new, updated system.

We appreciate the concern for product authenticity and transparency, and we fully support efforts to keep consumers informed. At the same time, we believe it is important not to create unnecessary confusion or alarm, especially when it comes to products purchased through official and trusted retailers.
